One of the world's leading online gambling brands, bet365, has obtained a new working space in Manchester. The company has signed a five-year lease agreement in order to gain more office space. The new contract will further increase its presence in the city.

Etruria-based bookmaker, as previously mentioned, has secured a five-year lease on a 25,000 square foot working area. This is located in the Core building, on Brown Street, in the heart of Manchester's financial and professional quarter.
It comes after bet365, owned by the Coates family, launched its DevOps department last November, which significantly boosted operational capacity.
James Whitcher, Boultbee Brooks Real Estate asset management director is thrilled to welcome bet365 to the Core’s final three floors.
“Securing bet365 against stiff competition is testament to the quality of the Core development,” he comments. Furthermore, he praises the whole project team who worked tirelessly to transform “a previously unloved building.”

Jonathan Cook, associate director at property firm CBRE Manchester, shares the feelings. He is delighted to secure such a high profile company for the remaining space at CORE.
“Following its comprehensive refurbishment, CORE has become one of Manchester’s most popular and sought after office buildings,” he says. It’s “appealing to tenants seeking a mix of modern office suites and collaborative workspaces.”
The expansion happened before the global coronavirus storm. Furthermore, bet365 has announced that it prepared a multi-million pound packages for its employees in response to CoVid-19. The thousands of employees will be receiving five-month package to ensure staff is financially stable amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Moreover, there will be no job losses and no employees will be laid off until the end of August.
It was essential for them to reassure their people of the commitment they have to them and the wider community. Especially now in times of uncertainty.
“They have been instrumental in our success,” the statement read. Adding they “will continue to be so throughout these troubling times and beyond, when normality will inevitably be restored.”
