Arcadia Gaming Solutions is an aspiring iGaming company that specializes in video streaming content. More specifically, the company specializes in video streaming of live casino content from their headquarters in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
According to Evolution, the deal with Arcadia provides Evolution an opportunity to offer unique and engaging online experiences with their new partner. Arcadia’s innovative proprietary in-house technology gives players an opportunity to engage in live casino activity in real-time with a physical arcade machine – but online. Players can use their desktop or mobile devices for the endeavour, which further highlights how great this is for the modern players.

The deal with Arcadia Gaming Solutions has not yet been finalized, but it’s to be completed by the end of the year. Namely, as Evolution mentioned, “completion of the transaction is planned for H2 2024 and is subject to certain closing conditions”.
With the acquisitionEvolution faces an up-front cash consideration of EUR 2.5 million. Moreover, the company will pay an earn-out based on the performance of the Arcadia games in 2027.
This is not the only deal the company is brewing right now. While the acquisition of Arcadia will end by the end of 2024, another deal to acquire Galaxy Gaming will finalize in 2025. The company expects the middle of the year 2025 to be the deadline.
